Fides Club Information Report

On 26 July 2023, another meeting was held within the work of the Fides CLUB, which was founded by the association MEDIÁCIA.ONLINE o. z. z. with the aim of helping newly arrived residents from abroad to Slovakia to integrate into the social and cultural life of the country. The "KLUB Fides" project is supported by the Centre for Philanthropy and the TIPSPORT Foundation.

This meeting marked a year of the club's activity, which has become a focus for its regular participants and enabled them to find approaches to solving complex multicultural problems on the basis of mutual trust.

A special place in the work of the club is occupied by working relationships as the basis on which cultural and family life in modern society is built. During the meeting, the main provisions of the employment contract, which were discussed at a joint seminar with Profesia Ltd. and deserve special attention, as well as other issues of labour relations, were discussed.

JUDr. Lenka Sokolová, JUDr. Elena Zenkovich, CSc. and Mgr. Jelena Ondrejkovičová, PhD. examined the main provisions of the employment contract and practical situations in the field of labour relations and education.

At the end of the meeting, the organisers thanked the participants for their active participation in the discussion and in the work of the Fides Club, which brings together those who have moved to Slovakia and experts on employment and education issues in Slovak society.
